2.) What’s your character’s aesthetic (things associated with your character)?

Miralis is kind of a dichotomy-- she's very practical, sometimes cold, and often self-centered due to necessity. But she also likes soft, pretty, and luxurious things like dresses and lace. So... a sort of mix between those two.

6.) What kind of media would (or does) your character consume? This includes books, tv shows, video games, and movies.

Miralis is an avid reader. She likes historical texts the most (Brief History of the Empire is one of her favorite book series), but she also has a soft spot for poetry. She's attended some plays in the past, although they didn't capture her attention much.

14.) When does your character feel truly at peace?

In bed with the covers tucked around her and all the entrances covered and protected. Although Miralis isn't really peaceful... ever. Not after spending three years dodging the Dark Brotherhood's attempts to kill her. But hypothetically, that would be her most peaceful situation.

15.) What’s one thought, idea, goal, dream, or desire that your character is most ashamed of having?

Sometimes she wishes she had just killed her brother when the DB gave her the contract on him. It's not a thought she's ever proud of, but if she hadn't resisted she'd still be in Wayrest with the remains of her family and a significant social influence. Sometimes she thinks about what life would be like if she had just carried through with the assassination. At the end of the day, though, she knows she couldn't have ever done it.

19.) Describe any AUs you have for your character/s.

Technically this story IS an AU, but i've entertained the notion of a coffee shop!au because im honestly coffee shop!au trash. Miralis would be the former prison inmate and accidental witness to Uriel Septim, legendary CEO of the Tamriel Coffee (TM) empire's murder. Her mission: to find Martin Septim, Uriel's only surviving son, so he can take over the family business.

Actually okay someone make an Oblivion coffee shop!au right now i need this

3.) What is your absolute favorite kind of fic to write?

Oh man *rubs hands together* i am the BIGGEST SUCKER for hurt/comfort

4.)Are there any other fic writers you admire? If so, who and why?

Oh boy do i admire a lot of fic writers. Kyele, for one. The way they write Trevilleu is the reason why i fell for that pairing. Neverwinterthistle holds my heart with their Corvosider AUs (if you want the best coffee shop fic of ur life go and read The Hound Pits Coffee Shop and Cocktail Parlour), Ningengirai writes so beautifully that ive ended up adopting some of their writing style into my own, and Aeternum has written the best Harry Potter-as-a-Slytherin fic (also i am a sucker for Snape redemption arcs ngl)

19.) Why did you start writing?

You know, im really not sure. I cant remember XD when i was a kid, i wanted to be so many different things; for a while i wanted to be a professional singer. When that dream died, i guess i had already started writing by then, so i turned my attention to that :)

5.) How many words can you write if you sit down and concentrate intensely for an hour?

Depends on my mood, but usually somewhere around 1-2K if im really into it, and if im lucky, 5K, which happened with Cat Design, which is on ao3 ;)
