He has "trouble" tying his tie so he asks you to do it every morning. In actuality he enjoys that you give him a kiss after you're done.
Constantly attached to you when he has to go to business events. Like arm around your waist and a tense smile on his face
Safe to say later in the event he drags you to an empty room and kisses you to calm down and the two of you stay there until they send people looking for him
When he zips/unzips your dress at the end of the evening he makes sure his knuckles brush your back as he does so
He wakes up an hour before you just so he can pack your lunch every day and make you breakfast in bed. He lays in bed for five minutes and hopes his alarm doesn't wake you up
When his alarm wakes you up he pulls you closer and kisses you forehead and shushes you "Shhhh, it's not time to get up yet doll." and he calmly urges you back to sleep and doesn't move until he's sure you're asleep again
He kisses all over your face to wake you up and always shuts your alarm off bcs he refuses to let you wake up to it instead of him
CONSTANTLY texting you during work
like I mean a literal string of messages the minute he gets bored

When he gets home he has to kiss you before the two of you can talk or he'll pout
