Today would mark the start of a new year! It's just too bad that Apollo has been tasked with filing away more paperwork. Now the matter was figuring out what brand new cases were to arise throughout the upcoming days. For now, the hotblooded attorney would see more visitors to the agency as per usual. "Ah, hey there. Apollo Justice, criminal defense attorney!"

Chaz stood in the kitchen of Sugarcube Corner, putting the last of the food he had made into a picnic basket. It had been a long time since he and Midnight had been able to spend any real time together, each had been busy with something as of late. But, they had planned a nice little lunch in the park today, to catch up, and Chaz was ecstatic.

He grabbed a small blanket from the table, and folded it neatly into the basket, before securing it tightly. He then levitated the basket onto his back, and headed out the door, after waving goodbye to Pinkie.

Soon enough he arrived at the library, and knocked on the door, one of his biggest smiles plastered across his face.

For over a week now, Chaz had been getting daily studying help from Midnight, for basically every subject that Chaz took. The sessions had a bit of a rough start, with Midnight having to battle to keep Chaz focused on the work, but after the third session, the issues began to dissolve.
