"I won't," the maid shook her head and finished, quite clumsily, unbuttoning the dress. Pulling it up, she removed it, staying in her petticoat and corset only. "I'll be fine." Her voice was tremulous as she pulled at the strings of the latter.

There indeed was some sparkle in the maid's heart that hoped Edgar would stop her; but no. Turning even redder with every second, she bit her bottom lip and unfastened the first button, then the second one, her heart racing in her chest.

"Y- you did, yes," Mei-Rin had to admit that, scratching her cheek. Little did she know about why Edgar would like to see her do so but it wasn't something she should question. With a sigh, she lifted her hands, her fingers starting working on the buttons of her dress.

This bold look had the maid avert her sight; that was when she first got a bad feeling. Which was only confirmed by Edgar's words. "Bu- but, si- sir--!" she gasped, clenching her fingers on the front of her dress. "I- is it really what you want...?"

For the first couple of seconds, she just looked at Edgar, not knowing how to react. "Wh- what it should be, sir?" she asked at last, trying to make her blush disappear from her cheeks; in vain, though.
