[ my art skills just flew out the window by now ]

[[R U D E ]]

[ I WAS HOPING FOR THIS ONE ]

Late afternoon sun shown threw the thin living room drapes. The house was quiet. Except the mild sound of an small noise- the grandfather clock. Which stood at the end of the hall, ticking in a rhythm. Perfect, the long white-haired cat noted, as she sprawled out, her claws un-sheathed themselves as she stretched momentarily, alone time was best time...right next to food time of course. Not a moment after, however, a small thud was heard from outside- It almost startled her, she wondered if it was a bird that has hit the window or- 

"Hey!" Mewed a small voice. The sound of the cat door could be heard swinging back and forth, something had entered the house. Just as she was sitting up too inspect it, she noticed a small ball of fur had dug itself inside the side of the sofa in an attempt to climb it. She simply stared down at the other, it was almost amusing watching the small kitten attempt to mount the sofa. 

"Hi! Hey!" He mewed again, obviously wanting to greet her. "Can ya help me up!?"  She gave a small sigh, shame-- her fun had been ruined, she hopped off the couch herself, giving a small huff, so much for alone time. "You do know it's rude to enter someone you don't know's house without their permission...right?" The Norwegian cat lectured lightly, watching the smaller kit wiggle as he freed himself from the cushion-y prison. "I'm Peter!" He said lifting up his nose to sniff the other. "Now we know each-other so... I'm not a stranger!" He chimed happily. Incredible. She leaned down, picking up the kitten by the scruff on the back of his neck. And jumped back up, onto, the couch. Peter looked around the room once she had let go of him, clearly pleased that he was at a higher point in the house, now he could see so much more, how exciting!
