I really want to try writing exes to lovers, especially in the Ryland x reader context it would make so much sense. like maybe they were dating in college and they reunite on the Petrova taskforce. I've seen this done by someone else though before. I would also love to write a college focused au (college! Ryland x college! reader), but I think i'd be too invested in writing age gap prof! Ryland x student! reader. OOPS

12. the title of "I was secret, you kept me" is actually a lyric from my favorite musical artist Hayley Williams song "Good 'Ol Days" so I'd associate that one with that.

But also "Pure Love" by Hayley Williams as well, because its about pushing past your fear of opening up to let yourself be loved by that person. Which is how I wanted to portray reader's feelings (hiding the relationship in fear the love will hurt after they open up only to discover they are already opening up)

19. Lets just say there's a lot of 'firsts' in relationships, like first kisses, your first time together, etc....and I want to show these awkward sweet moments with Ryland and reader.....and I'm taking a creative spin on it...maybe including things not a lot of people think about when it comes to firsts....

for the first one yes i have tattoos and I have facial piercingss....I have spider bite piercings, but they're rings not studs. also i have 17 tattoos.

and for the second one (is there a fic you wish you didn't write) probably Coffee in bed or aftercare those felt the most rushed. But also lowkey my recent work 'Renegade', I think it was very niche and probably not a big hit in this specific community?, and also i hated writing the smut parts of it so much I LAUGHED

But i was mostly happy with the way things went with it

This is genuinely so sweet. I haven’t written fanfic in like two years and when I started writing for PHM I felt so fulfilled because I was finally creating again, but I was also so scared because I majored in poetry in uni before I dropped out so I had no professional fiction experience unless you count my previous years of fanfic writing.

to hear that you love my work is so sweet and kind and affirming and I’m really glad I can get you through your work day!

And p.s i wrote ONE of my PHM fics while in lecture at uni and a lot of fanfic during my previous corporate desk job, so don’t even be ashamed abt reading works like mine at work.
