I wouldn’t say that! If that were the case, wouldn’t the only requirement for a ruler be that they have a horn? If that were true, the ancient kingdom of unicorns would have had to be a democracy, instead of a monarchy! (And I strongly doubt that Princess Platinum would have enjoyed that!)Â
