Caption for the images incase you cannot read my horrendous handwriting: "To be an enderwoman? Well... about the same as most other endermans. Though I recall comments on my looks a very long time ago. (Bashful) There are some things I have not experienced yet like having a partner or starting a family, but I'm sure that may change someday. Besides, that's not ender'woman' specific, that's just life experience anyone could want."
"I like being a lady though, regardless of what's different and what's the same."
So there's a pretty clear parallel between the Denouement triplets and the Quagmire triplets, but is there a possibility that they're related? On page 207 of The Penultimate Peril, Dewey says "Triplets run in my family, not twins" and the Quagmires are the only other triplets (that I can recall) in the series. Is it just a coincidence?
No, it’s pretty clear we’re meant to conclude that the Denouement and Quagmire families are related in some way. Maybe Dewey and co were the Quagmire mother’s cousins? We don’t have enough evidence to determine their exact parentage. I take it that Daniel Handler just wanted to justify the inordinate amount of triplets in the series. It also reinforces the idea that all VFD families are related in some way… and since Dewey is probably the father of Kit Snicket’s child, this would mean the Quagmires are also (distantly) related to Olaf, Violet, Monty, etc.

One of my insecurities is...getting old.
And for the second symbol; when I'm alone, I usually think about my people - about the past, the revolutions, the occupations and sometimes wondering, am I good enough for them?
