Hey, no worries about not taking that idea into considderation, I mean Ultra Angemon was a joke that lasted like a few seconds, most people probably don’t even remember the whole scene
The more I think about it though, I’m not sure if this could/would end up happening though... Like Daisuke came up with Ultra out of jealousy towards Takeru- V-mon evolving into Ultra was something he was hoping could impress Hikari and get her love or something, so if we had a 02 AU where Daisuke was in Ken’s role... Well, he wouldn’t nececarily be familiar with Hikari? So he would have no interest in impressing her? And he wouldn’t care about trying to top Takeru? IDK, I don’t know this season and the characters well enough to analyze and ponder about an AU fic like this lol
((As much as I love my babyfaced-Ultra Angemon tho, I’m extremely facinated by the idea of Ultra Angemon being created the same way Chimeramon was... You know, by grabbing various limbs and parts from a bunch of Angel Digimon and maybe even some Holy Beast Digimon, and fusing it all in the most morbid of ways into the trainwreck that is Ultra Angemon...
