The, uh, exact science is as follows: essentially, when you see someone you're attracted to, whether physically or emotionally in whatever way, you might recognize these feelings as more than just light friendship. If this makes you nervous, it activates your fight or flight response.
Fight-or-flight then triggers your sympathetic nervous system to respond. Dilated pupils to better absorb light, adrenaline rush to stay awake and alert, the like--all of which can make one feel shaky, unsteady, or... "fluttery", as you put it. The best way to resolve this is to ground yourself and attempt to calm down.

There are several seconds of silence, Logan watching him from the couch with his mouth slightly agape, before he snaps his jaw shut.

In an odd hurried state, he steps into the kitchen. "Coffee or tea? Hot chocolate? I'm sure Patton has some around here somewhere..."

I do think we should stop giving him access to... most of, if not all, our personal belongings. While Remus having internet access alone is a terrifying thought, personal information is far more frightening. Did you not have the foresight to try a factory reset? What all is on it? What is he doing?
do u have any fun facts about moths? If not what's ur favorite species of moth ? mine is the lobobunaea phaedusa, southern flannel moth, or deaths-head hawkmoth,,, its hard to pick just one!

You are correct, it is very difficult to choose just one. Insects are a varied and deeply intriguing subject. I do, in fact, have a handful of favorites.
The Venezuelan Poodle Moth, belonging to the Lasiocampidae family. It simply does not look like it should exist the way it does, which fascinates me to no end. Why is it fluffy? Is there a reason? What evolutionary tactic does it employ to be, in a word, adorable?
And the Hyles Lineata, or the White Lined Sphinx. Although a rather common moth, its patterns are simple yet mesmerizing, and I find its purpose in the ecosystem to be quite interesting--its range allows it to increase the diversity of the plants it feeds on, which leads to a flourishing ecosystem. Efficient and intriguing.
The lobobunaea phaedusa.... what a mildly unsettling creature. I do wonder what purpose the patterns on its wings serve? Are they truly frightening to their prey, or do they just function as "eyes" to ward off predators?
And the southern flannel moth, similar to the poodle moth, is simply so... fluffy. So--so intensely adorable. Is this what you call cuteness aggression? How do you handle this?
There's a majesty to the deathshead hawk moth. I know very little about it, if I'm to be honest, but it seems... old. Honored, perhaps? I'm not sure of the word. I need to do some research...
Ah. I'm getting distracted. In any case, Anon, thank you very much for the ask. It has been a pleasure discussing these moths with you. I find myself wanting to know more. That's not unfamiliar, but I'm appreciative of the feeling.
