What's your biggest advice to people who want to commit to being as unpotty trained as you have gotten?
Oh gosh brace yourself, I know more about this than I ever thought I would.
Do be warned, though, doing all of these intentionally and consistently will genuinely impact your bladder capacity and ability to hold for long periods. In a non-sexy kinky way, at inconvenient times. Practice safe kink. If you have questions about this, feel free to ask.
Focus on that feeling right after you pee, that instinct where your muscles clench to cut off those last few drops
Once you know what that feels like, start trying to delay the cutoff as long as you can. It’s a mind-muscle thing you can figure out with some effort. That’s what most ab/dl-ers mean when they say “staying relaxed down there”
When you’re letting go, think about other things. Taxes. Sports. Groceries. Little space things. Don’t focus on going. As unintuitive as that is, it’ll teach your brain that peeing is no big deal and not worth paying attention to
If you’re in padding, intentionally go whenever you feel a tiny urge. Any urge. A tingle? Give a little (little. Don’t hurt yourself) push and feel your padding warm up. If you’re staying hydrated, you’ll probably be going every ten minutes or so
Wear large capacity diapers whenever you can, especially overnight. Knowing you won’t leak will let your unconscious mind feel safe relaxing fully.
Keep going whenever you have to, thinking about other things during, and trying to stay open after each time
Drink a decently big bottle of water right before you close your eyes at night, every night, so your body doesn’t have the chance to process all the liquids by the time you’re unconscious
If you have to go, go. If you’re not padded, take more bathroom breaks than you normally would.
Be positive about it. Waking up dry but really having to go, and then relaxing and going is still a step forward!
