I think I shared the first sentence of this already as part of another tag meme. This is the beginning of my next chapter of Fly Away that I’m STILL working on, but whatever. And this is more than six sentences, but less than sixteen,so...

[Context? Oh, okay...I’m glad you asked! These two have a history of sleep-canoodling while dreaming about Anders together (cuz lyrium...IDK). Not weird or awkward or anything...]

"Hawke," Fenris whispered, “Marian...wake up...”

"Mmmmph, wha…?"

"I think we were both dreaming...about...”

"Mmhmm,” Hawke murmured, arching back against him with an impatient whimper.

He chuckled softly, inching reluctantly away from her. And then she froze.

“Oh, shit!” she exclaimed, jumping out of the bed and pulling the robe tightly around herself. “I'll just, um, go...sleep somewhere else."

“No.” Fenris grabbed her arm before she could move any further away from him. "Stay."

and so, this is what we’ve come to. i said i had something special planned once i hit 50 followers so here it goes:

Have you ever ridden home in a wagon and felt the streets go from paved to dirt beneath the wheels? The horses slow, and everything grows quiet as you near home.

When I grow quiet, when my soul reaches for that feeling, I now find her there. I call that feeling by her name.

I always knew she was a rare and marvelous spirit. On this, at least, I was never wrong.
