… I’m in love with this. Okay me and Numb were joking around with this. But girls on that period get cravings right? So I mentioned how her diet would probably be like a mers near her period. Three weeks away from period sushi. Two weeks away wants cooked fish One week away just sea food On period eats raw fish. Ratchets grown used to this and doesn’t worry about it like when she was a kid. Her stomachs modified differently so she can eat a lot of different things a human couldn’t and be fine. And since mers eat so much due to constantly using energy she can eat a lot before she’s actually full. Her stomach only noticeably bulges if she’s had like five whole fish in one sitting. Rodimus and most of the pod makes it a point to catch her a ton of good tasting fish around her shark week (Megatron is not amused) because all the salt and protein actually helps with her cramps. As for going more feral. Her mood would probably decrease. She’d be more snappy or reserved and she’s not as nice as usual. If there’s a sudden threat she’s on red alert and becomes mama fish herding everyone away from that danger but as for becoming more ‘mer.’ She’s basically a mer without a tail so other than being moody don’t worry about it. She’s the same. Just really snappy so keep her happy.

I mean yeah. Pretty much. The thing about mers is they don’t have the same concept of family that we do. A Pod helps raise a child. So once she started bonding with mers essentially she became a part of the pod even if she wasn’t biologically a mer. Mentally she is an adult but in their time practically being ageless she’s seen as a young pup to many. Yes there’s the traditional carrier and creator in a pod but everyone helps in the raising of a pup. So anyone who sees her as near their age or as an equal and not a child was likely to start courting her. Mer or not times have changed and she’s one of the most suitable mates. Beautiful. Smart. Resourceful. And Happy many mers lust after her or just fell in love with her. Honestly unused to mer rituals and how they work she’s clueless to most of this and the adults never really have time to explain to her what’s going on. But it’s okay she’s learning.
