'Louder Than Your Lies' is a YamaAce fic.

Yamato has joined the Spade Pirates and is completely in love with Ace. Of course, he doesn't want Ace to know, which is why he sometimes ends up acting kind of stupid or distant around him.

One evening, Yamato gets very drunk and ends up telling Deuce everything, who listens a little too attentively. At some point, Yamato freezes because after getting everything off his chest, he realizes that Ace is standing right behind him and has heard all of it.

(I have so many mutuals? What the fuck. But also I'm sorry if I forgot anyone. AND obviously no one has to answer this. 1. oddly specific thing that brings me joy: Good music videos. I'll watch them over and over again. Or any kind of One Piece quizzes. Especially the ones where you have to guess which voice or laugh it is. Oh! And planning out my fanfictions. I go way too deep into detail and sometimes even draw diagrams for them. For my latest fic, I even made up family trees. The planning is often more fun than the actual writing itself xD What also always makes me incredibly happy are dogs. ESPECIALLY when the owner says, "Oh, he's usually not this friendly with strangers," and you just feel so special. Like you've been chosen.

2. phone wallpaper: I won't show my phone stuff here, sorry! Mainly because my lock screen is my mom <3 But I'll tell you this: she looks so cool in her metal concert outfit. My background is Law right now. Last week it was Marco.

3. are you a morning or night person?: It depends. Normally I'd say I'm a night owl, but sometimes I really love getting up early and watching the sunrise. Either way, I like the quiet of early mornings and late nights. It's usually the daytime that exhausts me. But since I function better at night, let's say night person.

4. favorite scent: Lavender sandalwood fragrance oil. It smells amazing and reminds me of my mom.

5. origin of your username: Oh, easy. I wanted something that resonates with Law, and it just made the most sense to me. I'm pretty sensitive, and my heart is kind of broken right now, so I didn't even have to think about it.

6. song on repeat: I mostly listen to metal, goth and NDH (which stands for New German Hardness if I can trust google?). But these past few days I've actually been listening to "My Sails Are Set," which is Nami's theme from the OPLA soundtrack. It's my favorite track from season one.

7. i will always order this food: Fries. Oh my god. I love basically everything you can make out of potatoes, but fries always win. And I absolutely need a really good dip with them.

8. current favorite show/movie/book?: Favorite show will probably always be One Piece :D I mean, I'm still watching it 20 years later. Favorite movie is harder... I haven't watched anything new recently. But the other day I rewatched Sherlock Holmes with RDJ and I still love it. Current favorite book is "Role Model" by Rachel Reid.

9. last thing you hyperfixated on: One Piece. I hyperfixated on Heated Rivalry for like two months, but now I'm back to One Piece :D

Ohhh, good question! I'm still working on Our Greatest Treasure, which is a Shuggy fic, though it's more of a found family story than a pure romance. So I get what you mean.

I actually have two other Shuggy fics planned, but I haven't started writing them yet. I've jotted down a bunch of notes, though! Both will be multi-chaptered and probably around 8–10 chapters each.

That said, I'm currently juggling three active fics at once (MarAce, Shuggy + Found Family, and ZoSanLaw), and I already feel bad for not posting as regularly as I'd like. So I'm trying to hold off on starting a new Shuggy story until at least one of those is finished.

Ohhh… I honestly never thought about it before, but now that you mention it I can totally see it hahaha :D

Damn, I already have sooo many pairings... at this rate I’m gonna get kicked out of the fandom hahaha. :'DD

Since I already have the summary for this story, I might just post that and build up some hype :D
