Lissa appears to glaze over slightly at the question, giving it a good deal of thought “Blood magic is such a broad term. The idea of using blood in replace of one’s mana supply is quite pragmatic in a battle situation. It’s all around, you can use your own or an enemy’s. It cannot be silenced or interrupted because it doesn’t require mana.”

“It’s understandable that it’s a last resort in a fit of desperation for a mage. That’s not to say it’s a moral choice, then again, neither is using it to track and bind mages to circles either. Or the fact that there is often a set of books on blood magic the circle. Tempting Apprentices with knowledge then declaring ‘I told you so’ when they use it as their situation dictates.”

Isolde snorts like it’s an easy question, one she’s answered more than once. “I spent some time in Starkhaven smuggling lyrium and after the job we all go retire for drinks. Which is great, because god smuggling is often the most dull ass work you’ll ever do. So I find me a lad and after the first bout he asks me if he could try something, and y’know I’m down because anyone who can eat me out for longer than an hour deserves a ‘lets try something different pass’. So he put me in a sack, which he then tied to the roof railing, cut a hole in the bottom of the bag and had sex with me while I swung in a sack.”

☠ : Are there any recent/daily thoughts they have about death or dying?

Lissa will sometimes look at the anchor in her hand, it's a reminder to her that her death will mean the events that come to pass in redcliffe. How the people she cares for will suffer so greatly, and it weighs heavily on her. Otherwise she often doesn't have time to herself to think about it too much.

Isolde

❤ : Describe a physical action that shows complete trust.

Sleeping a whole night next to someone is nearly unheard of, Isolde is not a cuddles or bed sharing person to her lovers. She's highly selfish that way, much rather do the nasty but still have her space just for her. It avoids any of the morning awkwardness for her and anyone seeing her in a morning state.

Inviting someone to stay the night, or sleeping in the same bed shows that she loves a person deeply enough to want to wake up next to them. 

Kaswin

☾ : On a sleepless night, what would they be found doing?

Kaswin rarely has a sleepless night, but when she does she usually goes to expend her physical energy in some way. Climbing the walls of Skyhold, practicing with her sword in the courtyard or running helps tire her enough so she might go to bed.
