Ask game! First, have you ever hatched an egg yourself? Second, what’s the first pokémon you ever evolved yourself?

Oh, I would like to take the first question! Shortly after my brother and I took over as heads of Gear Station, Bitsy had a clutch of eggs! We gave one of the joltik to Elesa, and gave the rest of them away to trainers who were taking on the Battle Subway! Several of the trainers who received a joltik still stop by to let me know how they are doing!
While I didn't hatch her because shinx kittens don't hatch, I did receive Lace not long after she was weaned. She was three months old, I believe--very tiny and very cute.
As for first pokémon I evolved, that would be my zebstrika, Cashmere. She's my starter, and the next pokémon I caught were the emolgas, who of course don't evolve.
The first of my pokémon to evolve was Bitsy! Tube Socks was my starter, but tynamo take a verrry long time to evolve into eelektrik!
Similarly to my brother, my starter also evolved after my second pokémon. Though most dragon types stay in their first form for a long time, Éowyn still evolved before Adelaide did.
