The last time I read any of these stories was way back when From Utopia ended, but last night Wiley, Saffron, Hip, and Percy appeared in a dream of mine. It's crazy. Hip was shirtless, Saffron was rude, Wiley was just kinda floating around, and Percy was ripped to shreds by wolves while a vague silhouette stood in the background. ...That last part was freaky, but I woke up before anything more could happen :/

Hello, Wiley. You know who I am. Though you may not remember, after that accident in your father's lab... anyway, I have come here to ask you something crucial. Who was your favorite antagonists in your stories?
Thatās tough because a lot of the characters can be considered antagonists, including my own. I definitely loved them and the victors a great deal (Buck is the only one I wouldnāt consider an antagonist though), but not counting them I like Hapi, Adrenaline, Ian, and Casca.
Which Bloodbath in your stories was the most fun to write?

Itās between the 42nd and the 44th for different reasons.Ā
The 44th was paced well and shiz went DOWN. There were all sorts of ways to die, plus there was that extra bit of panic to get off the island. It was probably the most well-written one too and it had a high death count, a must for any good Bloodbath. So that was a lot of fun.
But the nostalgia factor is strong for the 42nd. It was my first Bloodbath and I had a ton of fun writing it, plus I was proud of the work I put into it to make it flow well. And we certainly canāt forget that dramatic, explosive beginning. :) Agh, I just canāt choose!

What was your favorite scene in each of your stories?
Oh man, thatās a tough question, but a fun one! There are a lot of runners-up, but hereās my answer. Luckily I recently reread the trilogy so those came pretty easily to me.
42nd: The scene where the tornado comes down and Hip steals a kiss from Channa before he faces his death. Ah, romance and tragedy all wrapped together in a delicious burrito.
43rd: The hot springs scene is up there, but it had to be Jarekās death. It was written so succinct and came out of nowhere. I loved writing it and I love reading it back.
44th: The dynamite plan is great, but Iām going with the climax because itās my favorite out of all four. I love that there was more than two tributes in it and it was anyoneās game and you didnāt even know who won until the claw came down.
From Utopia: Had to think about this one. Iām gonna go with the big tiger vs wolf showdown that ended with Chip dying and Gliss throwing herself off a cliff. That was action-packed and emotionally charged.
