In the story, this Sento girl had already taken an interest in Vegeta (curious about a saiyan who smells like them but doesnt look like them). When Vegeta is fighting Orran, Orran basically hits Vegeta's chest cavity so hard that the force causes him to go into cardiac-arrest. The Sento girl had already been following him around Planet Sento but found him washed up unconscious on the beach when he dropped from the air. She jump-starts his heart and revives him.

I did a quick Infograph on what Flex would look like.

Basically it enhances an external limb (arm/leg) at a time as it concentrates all of the Sento's ki into one area for a very limited amount of time. It's core design is to be a momentary extension of their SentOozaru's power.

Legendary Sentos do transform and follow the Legendary formula mostly. The difference would be their fur color and eye design.

As for Super Saiyan for normal Pure Sentos, I explained in my master doc but I'll eventually make an infograph of that soon to better understand. I hope this helps for the moment.

Update:

Pure Sentos have to be taught Saiyan Properties to even use their version of Super Saiyan. It doesn't come naturally to them like U7/U6 Saiyans as they don't utilize ki to a full degree the same way.

Their ki management is utilized seriously only if they feel they really need it so they don't rely strictly on it.

(Though I do believe the civilian aspect of Dragon Ball could also be enhanced, hence my capsule corp oc).

Who will it be?

So I'd classify Gine as a "runt" fighter, meaning she'd have some known base moves but would also make up ones herself on the fly.

My ZGine AU is really about her trying to prove to Bardock she can be on their team. With that, she may not be as confident in her skillset but is actually great under pressure because she's creative with it.

So I'd give her the standards like: Ki Sense, Wild Sense, Saiyan Soul, Burst Rush, and Ki Blast, bust I'd also throw in moves like:

Ki Skates : Mobility move that allows her to skate around on ki balls for 3-5 seconds (like an evasive type move)

"Think Fast!" : At close range, a single defense move where she removes the hip guards at the hinges to block one attack before it breaks completely.

Things like that. It's just fun to model her with the creativity Goku has with his moves to say it comes from her side of the coin.
