- listing this one first because it’s probably my personal favorite and the most fitting one, it’s genuinely one of their more melancholic songs, i think some of the lyrics can also match raven and boothill’s relationship; especially since Sara is a song about grief & love.

- “When you build your house, then call me home” really speaks ravenhill to me since raven actively yearns for the comfort and peace that she had once felt in her home, even though it cannot be recreated, her relationship with boothill almost gives her the same comfort, like a second home.

“My baby lives in shades of cool, cold heart and hands and aptitude”

this could go both ways for ashven and ravenhill since both have cold hands (lawl.)

Jokes aside, shades of cool describes the frustrations and pain of wanting to love a cold & emotionally detached lover, now if we put it in a physical sense rather than psychological one, it fits ravenhill perfectly !! Raven craves physical affection & warmth, which is her main source of comfort. Just like how the song highlights a partner’s cold heartedness serving as a barrier, think of the barrier as her being unable to completely feel warmth & physical comfort from booty’s cyborg body. (I think uve wrote a fic about this before or it might just be my dementia speaking)

Idk if you’ve heard this one already omg ill feel so embarrassed if u did. Anyways i feel like a big aspect of ravenhill is definitely vulnerability, which is what this song highlights, except its sort of about giving your heart to the wrong person which doesn’t completely fit into ravenhill’s theme (depends how u view it) but i adore this song a lot, its almost yearnful in a way.
