3-0 Hill. Dominant performance. Just lit Yoder up on the feet. Less bouncy than we’ve seen her before. Just stood in front of Yoder, planted her feet, and went to town. Brilliant bodywork from Hill. Loved her counter to Yoder’s jab by throwing the cross to the body. Loved the knees to the body and the clinch exchanges. Got overzealous with those knees a couple of times and got taken down because of it but she managed to survive the few ground exchanges and get back to her feet. Happy Hill got a relatively light tough here. Her schedule of competition has been insane since basically the beginning.

Syuri Kondo did well to fight off submissions and going for a five finger choke in the 3rd that was right, but that fight was all Yoder. Single leg takedowns and back control carry her to a good decision win.

I know a lot will be made of her striking, but I’m more concerned it took her three rounds to get Yoder to the ground. And it’s not like she didn’t try. Granted the last one was the only one that didn’t come from the clinch. I know UFC brass has big plans for her but I hope the SD slows down their plans a bit.

Hill gets her first win since coming back to the UFC. There are things about Hill's game I really like but parts that are kind of frustrating.

Overkill gets her next bout after that spirited return to the UFC where she lost to Jessica Andrade.
