Oh so you want THAT rant to happen,,, okay then

.

So Ashfur and Hawkfrost first meet when the whole foxtrap planning thing happens, which goes pretty close to how canon did,, except now Ashfur is looking for a way to get back at both Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw, since they have both "wronged him"

Skip forward,, the fire scene happens, the only major change there is that Dead Hawkfrost watched all of that from the sidelines and he totally definitely 100% didn't encourage his boyfriend to do this /s

So then Ashfur (rightly) gets his neck snapped by Hollyleaf, and appears in cat heaven instead of cat hell, which pisses him off because his boyfriend is trapped in cat hell and he can't just. Sneak into cat hell

So instead they meet at the border, joyous reunion happens,,, then they try to plan out how they can either:

1. Force Hawkfrost to be Unbanished from cat heaven

Or 2. Force Ashfur to be thrown into cat hell

Since only one of those options seemed possible, they started meeting at the border more frequently, and tried to hide it less while still trying to make it seem like they were trying to be secretive about it.

Omen of the Stars happens and Hawkfrost and Ashfur come up with the plan of meeting Ivypool meadow together instead of just Hawkfrost doing it

That plan goes VERY well, and actually works,, and now Ashfur is banished to cat hell to help train and fight and more importantly hang out with his boyfriend more

Omen of the Stars goes almost like canon, except when Ivypool runs off to join the Clan's side, Ashfur, the impulsive bastard man,, chases her even though he's told not to

They get into a bit of a fight, and Ivypool, being FAR stronger than Ashfur,, easily kills him and gets away right before Hawkfrost manages to get there to help

Hawkfrost watches his boyfriend fade out of existence and then gets a horrible case of tunnel vision aimed directly at Ivypool

Hawkfrost fights Ivypool, almost kills her, succeeds in killing Hollyleaf,, and then Ivypool finishes off Hawkfrost, just like how canon should have been

.

Midway through drawing this ibis decided to delete my colors for no reason and I had to do it again

Better yet, I like the old colors more than the current version
