In which Ash’s battery had been fully charged for hours but he hadn’t woken up. Paterson checked around for issues but nothing was wrong! His worry grew more and more!

Paterson remembered a story he read as a child and an idea formed. It was silly…but he was getting desperate for Ash to come back to him.

So he swallowed hard, licked his lips, and leaned in. Pressing his lips softly against Ash’s.

Just as Paterson thought the silly idea hadn’t worked Ash opened his eyes! Puzzled, Ash looked up at Paterson wondering why he was so sad and now shocked? Paterson couldn’t believe it! The kiss worked!!

Paterson explained the situation to Ash as best he could to which Ash explained that sometimes his system needs to update so he stays offline a little longer.

A bit shy Paterson began to apologize but Ash was a bit preoccupied with other issues at hand.

He wanted to give his true love a kiss as well 💕

Paterson finds an android. At first it looks to be completely dead but he notices a small flicker in its eyes. It’s still functional but it’s battery must be severely low. The droid is heavy but Paterson carries him to safety anyway.

Once home Paterson put the android down on the sofa and digs around until he finds a charger of sorts. It takes awhile but the robot awakens, very confused. Paterson does his best to explain the situation then offers Ash to stay with him for awhile. Being alone now Ash agrees.

It takes time but the pair get to know each other. Ash learning new things like cooking even if food is unnecessary for him and Paterson sharing stories from his bus route. He promises to take Ash on a ride one day if he can! Slowly but surely trust and a bond begins to form.

It happens one day while Paterson is reading some of the poetry he wrote to Ash. He doesn’t quite say the poem is about Ash but somehow Ash knows. Carefully he leans in and kisses Paterson’s cheek.

Paterson pauses in shock for a moment confusing Ash. Had kissing Paterson been the wrong thing? Would he be locked away or disregarded again? No. Slowly and just as carefully Paterson leans in and returns the kiss!

From that day and many, many more to come Ash was certainly no longer lost. 💕

For this week’s @kyluxxoxo road trip board I went with lost-map-shelter and technically journey.

6 Donuts get in the Donut Mobile! Thomas’ the driver, Hux is the map, Techie Stensland and Ash are the sightseers, and Faraday is because they didn’t want to leave him home alone.

It’s not long before they’re completely lost! Hux is shoving the map at Thomas because this is completely HIS FAULT. But Thomas wasn’t HOLDING THE MAP WAS HE ARMITAGE?!

Thankfully some locals find them and offer some help! :D

However only 3 of the locals are actually helpful. Matt and Clyde offer some cold water. Paterson is a bus driver so he’s familiar with maps! Kylo and Adam are busy focusing on other things...

In the end everyone decides to take a break from traveling. Paterson, Matt, Clyde, and Adam invite Ashe, Techie, and Thomas back to their place for awhile to recharge. They don’t live too far from this area.

Techie and Matt hit it off. Ash and Paterson do too but Paterson is still shy. Clyde is engaged to Stensland. He held his hand when he offered him a refill on his drink. Adam and Thomas are having a more private conversation 👀💕

Others... didn’t make it back to the house just yet. Look Hux has had a long day with his brothers and needed to let off some steam. HE DESERVES HIS.

First, he accidentally stumbles upon his twin, Clan Techie, on a lower deck. Hux never knew he had a brother, especially a twin one. He’s beside himself with happiness.

He finds out about a man who’s earning a fortune roleplaying “General Hux” with anyone willing to pay enough, in one of those high end brothels. The man is called Stensland and he’s Hux’ failed clone. Brendol got rid of him when he realised that this guy is a complete fuck up. It’s a lot to process.

First Order tries to conquer a planet known for its farmlands. It’s not going well, the resistance is led by some guy who is doing very well against Hux’ forces. Eventually the man is captured and he looks just like Hux, but with dark hair. Turns out Hux and Techie also have an older brother, Thomas McGregor.

A man pretending to be Hux is trying to obtain some classified info but he’s quickly discovered since he’s acting nothing like Hux. The Resistance built an android to impersonate the general but they were unable to program him with appropriate personality, but decided to sent him on a massion anyway. He’s designation is Advanced Simulated Hux aka ASH.

And that’s just the beginning.
