SAVE THE DATE! // I am absolutely delighted to announce that I will once again be participating in the Governor's Island Art Fair this year. It's truly one of the best art/diy events New York has on offer, and my experience with it last year was life-changing. Artists take over the beautiful, crumbling homes of Colonel's Row for an entire month, installing a vast, weird, wonderful range of art for the public to experience, free of charge. My installation this year will feature a structure for hiding out and/or dying (dealer's choice), first aid kits with which to heal thyself, my newest art book, projections sourced from a box of USAF and NASA slides I'm not sure were supposed to be declassified, an embroidered effigy, and a still-warm-from-the-sun cycle of cyanotypes.
