I’ve just discovered the digital tool for artists which is truly life changing. It’s so good which is why I’m sharing...(life changing if like me your archive of works is made up of hundreds of separate files on an external hard drive) It’s called @artworkarchive and I’ve been trialling it for the past month to catalogue my work, And I have to say that it is the most useful digital tool I have found yet. No more weeping and scrolling when the gallery asks for that image of that orange piece made in the year you can’t remember. I was getting really bogged down by the amount of admin taking up my week and as my practice also has to fit around being a mum, anyway to save time is super helpful.
