My little Moleskine limited edition Hobbit notebook I use for keeping track of my work. Since so much of what I do is tied into my art, I tend to overlook things that aren't either actively making art or reading art theory. So I took my advisor's advice and have started keeping a working log, roughly every day, where I note the stuff I did, saw, talked about, or thought about that relate back to my work. It's been an incredibly useful tool, and I feel like I'm sneaking past the dragon of my imposter syndrome. And the fact that it's Tolkien themed makes it perfect.
