Everything changes yet everything stays the same. The sun shines, the wind whistles and the water is still wet. The dark is still dark.

It is important that one knows what is important. What you deem important may not be important. Keep your head in the game, it's important.

Close your eyes to see nothing. Cover your ears to hear nothing. Most importantly say nothing lest you be heard.

Originally I was heading that way, then something changed. I went another way, now I'm going this way. Where are you going?

Yesterday is gone, tomorrow does not exist, only now is now. Occupy your mind with now. Something that does not exist -- does not exist.

The day often begins with great expectations. When those expectations fall short the internal battle begins. Perseverance will save the day.

The first time is always the best. To find that thrill again is elusive. Instead choose to make every time the first time.

Knowing when enough is enough is a skill. Stop when you realize you have gone too far. Satisfaction is achieved if you know when to stop.
