Art of Pour's mixology team has formalized a weekly meeting to stay current with cocktail trends, honor (and challenge) the classics, and experiment with new ingredients and flavor profiles. We call it The Art of Pour Mixology Lab.
This past week we crafted a balanced blend of gin, dry vermouth, lemon juice, egg white and organic raspberry-infused cane syrup.
