1: Our Magical Girls Are Dead

it actually seems to be a webcomic that the creator decided to make an animation for, so I'm def gonna have to read through it later, but initial assumption is this is an age where there's few magical girls left and this dude is one of them

very cool, i find it fun how he ignores the dragon until it starts to go for someone else, I also like the transformation it feels unique compared to other transformations ive seen

2: The Ebony Witch

very cool, great hook right out the gate, I loveee the roughly-painted 3D thing its got going on style-wise The soundtrack is fire, it feels like a more classic fairytale movie's Witches VS Dragons and Monarchy, what's not to love

I like whatever eldritch thing is going on with Ebony's plushie, makes me think of Capt. Marvel's Goose

"I'm not afraid, I'm having valid concerns" has got to be my fave line here lol

3: Sun Chaser

incredible opening shot, the lil kid makes me think of mutant mayham donnie initially animation style makes me think of 2000s/2010s cartoons

the story feels an itsy tiny bit rushed but like who cares, im liking it so far, plus it's already been addressed by the creators

4: Wheels and Roses

This is one I've been meaning to watch for a while, and I gotta say it holds up to expectations, its so good

magic roller-skating and beating the odds without magic, makes me think of lil witch academia in that later aspect, I wonder if it'll continue to have similarities (I havent watched lwm in foreverrr i should rewatch) especially with that lil bit of water magic in the credits

comic I was making that's never going to be finished now because Fuck That Whole Situation

the first panel was going to be a detailed render of Seb, and thus was left for last, which was then not drawn before That Whole Situation was brought to light

I'm still maintaining distance from pressure, but I figured I wouldn't let my work rot because these did take several hours

her clothes are often stained bright colors because of making pigments for painting with, if the game allows she could be a source for customizing stuff whether dying existing things or buying pre-made decorations since I heard mention of adding interiors
