Watching videos and remembering just how many times Arthur calls himself ugly just hurts me so much. He's 36 and alone. After all that's happened he just genuinely sees himself as an unlovable man. It has less to do with his looks and everything to do with inside. His looks don't matter if nobody could ever want him. And that translates to him believing he must be ugly. Despite being a gorgeous strong man that everybody likes. Because the people he's hurt thinks he's trash so he must be.
