On reading the caption we’d had bad thunder and lightening storms which had cut off our phone. Do you still have a landline? I think it’s only Mum (aged 91) that phones us on ours actually. She’s got a mobile but one of the very old ones, and doesn’t like using it. I remember teaching her to text a few years ago and she did quite well but always signed off ‘love nun’ and couldn’t work out how change it to ‘mum’ (if you remember the old phones you’ll understand this) Bless her ♥️ This week is really galloping by isn’t it! I’m sure a lot of you will know from her instantly recognisable style that it’s Megan @kitandco_ Megan and I have been insta friends for a number of years - I remember being so excited to find another colour-loving Scottish account and one from my childhood home town of Edinburgh too. We bonded straight away with a mutual love of interiors and of course Edinburgh. Megan has since moved to the seaside and has the most beautiful home next to a beach where I played as a child. Seeing on her stories her children run down to the sea brings back so many memories. Enough of that - what about her home!
