Man what a crazy ride, we had so many obstacles to overcome on our way out here; two steps forward one step back the whole way. First we got denied entry at the border and had to go back and gather a bunch of documents after being photo’d and fingerprinted, luckily I have enough ties to Canada to prove that I am just visiting but it makes you feel like you are doing something wrong even if you just want to meet your partners family and see where they are from. It took us about 4 days to get here, some of those states felt like they never ended and we took such a weird route.
