Artemis
It still amazes me how most if not all the fanart of the show is of her and her “pretty boy” brother especially for yaoi fan girls.
I forgot to do any “in progress “ shots of this one. But she is Artemis. The Goddess of the Hunt, the Moon, and the Wilderness. She is a daughter of Zeus and twin sister to Apollo. She is the personification of the independent female spirit…fearless and courageous, the Archetype she represents has a strong urge to follow her intuition. Brave and Wild, she does what she believes in, no matter what society says. Lark symbolism tells us that we’ve been fighting for awhile, but that the worst is over. The Latin name for Mugwort, the plant, is Artemesia, named after Artemis, because it is a plant that is said to enhance our dreams. It teaches us balance by using Artemis’ discipline and drive to devote our energy to those dreams. 🍃Enter the wild…🏹 Artemis is the Greek goddess of the wild, hunting, and the moon. She is the daughter of Zeus and Leto, twin sister of Apollo. She is often portrayed with a bow and arrows, and is a skilled huntress which is a sacred ritual for the animals she so adores. She is the protector of young animals and women, and a patron of childbirth. She is also associated with forests and wilderness, and is said to roam the wilderness with a pack of nymphs. Her symbols include the crescent moon and the deer.🌙🦌 www.shopdixi.com #naturewitch #artemisgoddess https://www.instagram.com/p/CnUHeW3rW5N/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
