Commissioned by Maya Rockeymoore Cummings @mayarcummings and painted by Baltimore-based artist Jerrell Gibbs, this portrait serves to honor Cummings’ many achievements and lifelong commitment to his home city of Baltimore. The painting is inspired by Baltimore-based photographer Justin T.
