So, my costume was originally supposed to by Virgils from @altruistic-skittles au Hey There Little Red Riding Hood...but ya girl underestimated the amount of free time she had and a lot went wrong. So, I based a look off of it, keeping Virgils design as the base. I went with a more feminine (which I had already planned on) fairytale vibe for it and I absolutely adore how it turned out.

The outfit took around five hours total to do and I was up till 2:30 a.m. last night working on it (I didn't get all the supplies till Saturday night, I went to a friends house on Sunday, and got sick on Monday....so last night was my only free night) Everything on the jacket is being held on by safety pins, double sided fabric tape, and pure determination.

For the third time, Harry attempted to slather some of the sun lotion onto Draco’s body. And once again, Draco avoided his hands and gave him a hard glare. “Harry, get that monstrosity of a cream away from me.”

“Draco please. If you don’t use it, you’ll burn,” Harry said, stepping forward. Draco took three quick steps back. 

“No. There are perfectly good spells for this. I don’t need to use that ghastly lotion,” Draco refused. Harry rolled his eyes, not wanting to explain again why they couldn’t use magic on the muggle beach. 

“It won’t hurt to use it. It’ll only protect you,” Harry argued. 

When Harry moved forward again, Draco said, “Don’t come near me or I swear I’ll kill you.” Harry sighed, resigned to Draco’s fate. His boyfriend would learn a few hours from now. Even then, Harry was sure he wouldn’t admit that he was wrong. 

That night, Draco was miserable. His entire body, sans the skin that was covered by his trunks, was as red as a tomato. Every move put him in incredible pain. He had resorted to laying in the bed, staring at the ceiling, and not moving an inch. He didn’t even make a single comment when Harry gave him his best I told you so look. 

Despite the fact that Draco refused to admit Harry was right, Harry got the aloe and offered to use it on him. Fortunately, Draco had no objection to this lotion and Harry rubbed it in with little complaint. 

“I hate the beach,” Draco murmured. Harry only hummed in response. Just as Harry was finishing with Draco’s shoulders, Draco’s eyes began to droop. “I still had fun with you though. Thanks for bringing me.” 

Harry rubbed the last of the lotion onto Draco’s chest just as Draco drifted off. His peaceful expression that came in sleep was a nice reprieve - He knew Draco won’t be nearly as peaceful tomorrow. Sunburn was even more painful the day after. Harry could handle it though, just as he always did. It was worth it.

Its been 7 years since we left Varis 5… A solitary crew of me, and the 800 passengers in cryostasis awaiting the sanctuary of Our new home on Pandora. “Pandora” Stupid name when you think about it.

1 year asleep, 2 awake…. I’m allotted 8 hours for rest but that is the only real free time I get… so instead of sleeping it away I use it to decompress and remind myself I’m not a robot… take the time to myself so I can play video games, and whatever else passes the time. I mostly play older games that I have downloaded to the AI of the ship. She doesn’t mind though haha. She has fully admitted to playing them herself. If I manage to sleep it isn’t for long, no more than 4 hours max.
