I just binge watched all 3 seasons (again) and the movie (for the first time) and could not find it mentioned anywhere once, and I've been working on something inspired by it so it was bothering me. @arrow-lesbian i would assume so. most recipes use chickpeas as a base (i did a combo of chickpeas and white beans today which worked well) with onions and garlic, then either milk or broth (i used soy milk but i know iāve used vegetable broth in the past) all blended together
itās pretty simple ingredient-wise, but iāve never gotten the texture quite right. apparently adding cashews makes it... normal? nice and creamy like regular alfredo sauce. i never have cashews on hand so i canāt say if it actually helps

If it was never given in canon, it was probably a reference to something we were never expected to figure out (something either mythological or occult, maybe named after a famous alchemist?), or an in-joke likeĀ āJolly Poltergeistā.
