@ Beth I'm BEGGING you, on my knees, crying. Please FIX THIS. Please let that not be Oliver's end or future. Yeah okay Mia and William from that future were enjoyable while it lasted. But no, it's not the future the Queens deserve. It's not the legacy Oliver and Felicity fought so hard for.
Please erase it all. Please have Crisis fix it all. Please let Oliver be happy, content and complete with his family. Not 20 years in the future, after having missed all of his children's lives and his sacrifice having been for nothing. I mean NOW. In the PRESENT. Oliver Queen is one of these characters who 100% deserve nothing but a simple, cheesy, over the top, happy ending.
🔥 cwverse ol*ver queen
tee there's so many options here but im gonna go with my loudest thought currently which is: cwverse ol*ver queen is incapable of respecting women, when he was offered respecting women juice he threw a boston tea partyÂ
send me a “🔥” and I'll give you an unpopular opinionÂ
Some of y’all’s desperate need to have Felicity be furious with Oliver and for them to have a huge screaming fight over the fallout of him going to prison “for the angst!!” is ridiculous and honestly makes me concerned that you don’t understand their characters at all.
I’m also kind of disturbed that some of you are so obsessed with the idea of this happening and are actually advocating for it, as if you want your so-called OTP to have a massive row that could devastate them both as well as cause William pain watching his parents fight.Â
I guess this episode was all about showing Laurel how nuts Diaz was because it had nothing to do with ARROW.

The Great Wedding Debate
I was reading titles of fics on ao3 and noticed one about Iris and the wedding she “deserved” and it made me wonder. Why would the writers frame the double wedding around a supposed slight to one of the couples? I mean, there were so many ways it could have gone but they decided to go this route. Why? What purpose did it serve?
Here are two characters that take their fair share of criticism (crap really) on social media being put is a no win situation. They are often ridiculed and belittled by subsets of fans. To some Westallen fans, Felicity came off as an insensitive bitch and to some Olicity fans Iris can off as a two-faced fake ass friend. Why would the writers do this to these characters? They had to know there would be fallout.
Both Emily Bett Rickards and Candice Patton take heat for their acting, their looks, and in Candice’s case her race. I mean, don’t they get enough shit without the writers giving them this story line? Again, there were so many ways to have a double wedding I am truly perplexed as to why this happened!! Was it because they felt this friendship wasn’t that deep or because it was women it didn’t matter? If you figure it out please let me know~LOL!
I don’t enjoy drama and try to stay as far away as possible from it but I just had to get this out!!
We now return you to your regularly scheduled day....
also like I get why people feel the way they do about tina boland. but like. she’s still a woc so please don’t use the excuse of “she looks nothing like comic dinah drake” because she’s not going to when she’s not white. don’t give the laurel fandom a bad name by being straight up racist. (it’s veiled and possibly unintentional racism but it is what it is and as a woman of colour myself I’m really not comfortable with laurel fans saying she can’t be dinah drake simply because she doesn’t look like her.) keep your objections about her related to, yknow, stuff that doesn’t have anything to do with her appearance because you could be implying skin tone here and just I am not here for that.
How do people sexualize violence against Sara? Just curious. I think I know what you mean
There might be a better word for it, but I mean people saying they find it hot when Sara’s assaulted, calling it “foreplay,” rewriting moments where she’s being hurt in a malicious fashion to suggest she’s enjoying it, etc.
The frequency with which this occurs is kinda disturbing.
