Most guides: “Be considerate of your team and remember to consider the large picture. You must be willing to forego personal victories if you can drive the game as a whole into your side’s favor instead. Remember to communicate and make sure all players are on the same page.”
Most support guides: “Know when to focus your support and how to properly spread it otherwise. Remember to stick close to your team so you won’t get caught off guard. Your own combat prowess is nothing to write home about, so you must be able to trust your teammates fullily.”
ArraySeven: “The world of a medic is a cold one. It’s you against everyone, including your own team. If the dirt had guns, it’d be shooting at you too. Your only true friends are the healthkits, and even they will betray you half the time. The only way to win is to send out brainwaves to take control of the rest of the team, but since technology has not reached that point yet, you must simply learn to stay alive while at constant afterburn with 5 scouts wacking you at all times while humping at one leg. If you cannot handle such lenient conditions, playing medic honestly isn’t for you.”
