A Trip to Med Bay || Bones/Adrianna
As he led Adrianna through the halls to the med bay, Bones took the time to think about just how much time he spent in there. If blinded, Bones knew he'd be able to work his way around the room with no problem. He could see the entire bay in his mind's eye, and just thinking about it brought forth the smell of antiseptics that pervaded the air in the med bay. After all the time he'd spent in the med bay in recent days, Bones was shocked that nobody had actually kicked him out.
The door retracted into the wall with a whoosh, letting the slightly colder air of the room out into the hallway. Spying an empty bed in the back left corner, he gestured at Adrianna and then the bed. "Go sit over there while I grab my stuff." Bones went into his office, where he took his medical PADD off the desk, along with his tricorder and a hypo. He wasn't certain if he'd need anything else. Adrianna's injuries certainly weren't critical, so it wouldn't be a pain to jog back into the office and pick up whatever he needed.
After donning a set of scrubs, he crossed the room to his patient. "I don't have a medical file for you, so I've got to ask some basic questions. How many physical altercations have you been in in the past solar month? Do you have any allergies? Any conditions that I need to be aware of? Any family history of major diseases? Any psychological problems within your family?" He rattled off the questions until he came to an end, hoping she'd remember them all well enough to give answers in order. Bones had his hand ready to scribble away on the PADD the moment she started spitting out answers.
