Dreamcaught || Rose & The Doctor
The Doctor sat on the jump seat of the Tardis looking at the monitor a large grin on his face. "Ah open space, isn't it beautiful?" His eyes looked around the room and his grin fell. That's right, he was still alone. The Doctor hadn't had a companion in a very long time. It was better that way he told himself. Things always got complicated and then he would lose them. He wasn't sure his hearts could take losing another companion. With a shake of his head he stood up, there was no use in dwelling on things for long. "Well time to move on I suppose. Let set the controls to random and see where they take me." Running around the console he pulled lever and pushed buttons, spun gizmos and pumped hickydoos for finally hitting the random control with his mallet. The Tardis shot off and he gripped onto the console with a grin. "Next stop anywhere!"
The Tardis flew through the time vortex spinning this way and that before finally picking a place to land. Once everything had settled the Doctor pulled the monitor around to see where he was. "Earth? This is where you bring me? You really do love it here it seems. Ah well, so do I. You know I save this planet more then any other. Humans, can't seem to stay out of trouble." Pressing a few buttons he brought the outside few up on the monitor. A mansion could be seen in the view. "Look at that, very posh ain't it?" He really did need to stop talking to himself, it was a very bad habit. "Off we go, time to wander!" Putting on his jacking and flipping his hat onto his head he walked to the door and stepped out. Digging around in his pockets he couldn't seem to find the key and with a roll of his eyes he stepped back in briefly to find it.
