On the left, the Bulezau! The 8‒9 ft (2.4‒2.7 m) scrawny demonic goat version of a minotaur! They're telepathic, hard to knock off balance, and a specifically-bred embodiment of the rage of a diseased animal. Now there is also the little downside of the necrotic aura attempting to rot everything within 30 feet, but they're tall and like wrestling! :D
In the middle, Armanite! 10 ft (3m) and 2,600 lbs (1,200 kg), they're basically a telepathic demon centaur that LOVES to tussle in massive brawls. They tend to be arrogant and can shoot lightning! Yeah not much to these ones tbh.
On the right is is Bael, The Bronze General, Duke of the third layer of Hell! 8 feet (2.4 meters), telepathic, can transform into other humanoid species, make illusions, mentally dominate creatures, turn invisible, and fly! Also supernaturally frightens anyone nearby, though he can turn that off! He's a brilliant tactician, a terror on the battlefield, but is actually happy to show mercy. He's a straightforward guy with a skill and interest he likes, but is frustrated because he can't seem to rise in rank. He's just too naive. Most people know he'd be a much better choice for ruler than many of the actual archdevils, but prefer having someone less competent on the throne they're trying to steal

[The armanite first appeared in the Planescape product Planes of Chaos, and has reappeared in every edition since then. They appeared in a lot of Planescape modules, but sort of became minor players in 3e and 4e before reappearing in a big way in Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes. Most of the art and references online these days are to the more monstrous looking armanite from that book. I’m using that physical appearance, but bringing in more of their Planescape flavor. In Planes of Chaos, a lot of time is spent talking about their diets and reproduction, even though Planescape was the product that really solidified the idea that demons and devils are formed from souls, not sex. So I’ve taken a page from my previous helvetian conversion and made these monstrous humanoids, not true outsiders.]
Armanite
CR 7 CE Monstrous Humanoid
This creature looks like a monstrous parody of a centaur, with clawed hands and a long tail ending in a blade. It wears barding around its back and hips, and carries a bow and arrows.
Armanites are the descendents of centaurs who migrated to the Abyss to serve the demon lords they worshipped. They are still mortal creatures, but the power of the Abyss and frequent meals of demon flesh have infused their bodies with magic and malice. Armanite packs are common mercenary presences on the battlefields of the planes, acting in the service of a demon lord or merely for their own enrichment. A pack often shows its allegiance with a banner decorated with Abyssal runes and unholy symbols, but their true allegiance is to each other; service to a particular demon lord can be sometimes be disrupted as easily as destroying the banner. Even though armanites are capable of working in unison, brawls between members of the same pack for status or merely out of boredom are common.
In combat, armanites work well together, setting up flanking positions and massed cavalry charges. About half of the pack stays behind in order to provide ranged support, their arrows crackling with magical lightning. They rarely use melee weapons other than their own natural armament. An armanite can walk on air, although this is less maneuverable than true flight.
Armanite packs are segregated by sex, and are constantly on the move in search of a fight. Reproduction is not seasonal, instead occurring when male and female packs fight together on the same battlefield and either celebrate their victory together or commiserate a loss. The young grow up rapidly—they reach adulthood within a year, although they are treated like slaves until they make a kill and “graduate” to full pack membership. Armanites are carnivores with a taste for the flesh of outsiders like demons and devils. Mortals that fight them sometimes tell stories that armanites can eat the souls of their victims, but this is merely a rumor.
The leader of an armanite pack is referred to as a knecht. Any armanite who can maintain the loyalty of several packs is referred to as konsul. Knechts and konsuls typically have class levels. Most armanites with class levels prefer fighter, ranger or barbarian, but powerful sorcerers and oracles have been known to arise from armanite ranks.

On the left, the Ulitharid! They're a person-sized rare form of illithid. These are the elite, the mindflayers that can become elder brains one day. They see near everyone else as a lesser, HOWEVER. They're nearly as strong as an orc, have miles of telepathy range, and can grapple with those tentacles. They have the psychic power to read or control minds, levitate, drop your intelligence to that of an animal, or stun you! Plus unbelievably high confidence!
