Armag's grave isn't far away from the battlefield, yet my team walked all around it because I wanted the map of the realm to be clear. I didn't do well with the cold trial even though Linzi passed her Trickery check. What's funny is, Linzi couldn't pick her way through the cold trial but cheated on the pain trial no problem.
I thought I would face Armag straight away but no, there was a dude named Zorek. Potions of Displacement, which we drank at the staircase, expired by the time we saw Armag. Good thing Jae summoned the undead soldiers 'cause THERE ARE CRITICAL HITS CROSSING 100 HP. Also, Hold Person didn't work but Overwhelming Grief did.
Amiri didn't comment on me sparing Armag. :| At least not yet, I saved right there and then.
When it becomes hot outside, I crave hot meals!
What do you like to eat when it gets hot? It's "hot pot" of course! I realize it's a disappointing response (laughs). But hot pot is especially tasty in the summer! Isn't air conditioning necessary in the summer because of the risk of a heat stroke? The joy of eating something hot in the comfort of your own home, especially if it is scorching outdoors... I feel the same way when I'm eating ice cream under a *kotatsu in the cold winter! I really enjoy *Mizutaki ♡. I make my own soup stock!
*note: A kotatsu is a low table with a unique futon placed on top. An electric heater is attached beneath to keep your lower body warm.
*note: Mizutaki is a nabe-style chicken hot pot dish with assorted vegetables that is boiled in a large pot filled with dashi broth.

In cases of muscle soreness, Avoid excessive touching. While some individuals think that taking hot baths would help them relax, it is counterproductive! Use lukewarm water that is between 37 and 38 degrees Celsius if you decide to take a bath. Muscle soreness is similar to a mild injury, so avoid overdoing the massage.
Don’t have anything to exercise with? Muscle training using the wall is possible!
Even if you don't have any workout equipment, a single plastic bottle may be used in place of dumbbells, allowing you to perform various forms of muscle training on the wall itself. Training using a wall as a support is easy for beginners to learn.
▼ Squats
Place your feet shoulder-width apart in front of a wall, with your palms against it. Squat down till your thighs are parallel to the floor. If squats are too difficult, practicing air chairs with your back against the wall is sufficient. The upper body maintains its posture while lessening the burden on the lower body by leaning on the wall for support. It is a well-balanced workout for the entire body while maintaining an awareness of the torso.
▼ Push-ups
Extend your arms in front of a wall and position your hands slightly above your head. The legs should be shoulder-width apart. Perform push-ups while in this posture. It's great for the triceps and tricep muscles! Remember, it's like *"wall-slamming" muscle training (laughs).
*note: Kaisei is referring to when someone slams their palm against the wall in front of someone (for example, to compel them to focus solely on you; this is often seen as romantic).
Resistance bands are fantastic!
Resistance bands are items that can be used interchangeably for a variety of muscle training exercises by both beginners and experts.
They are inexpensive training items that take up minimal space.
You can vary how you utilize it based on the areas you wish to train:
HOW TO
Lower body and hip strengthening
Wrap the band around your thighs, then spread your legs a little wider than shoulder-width apart and do a back-and-forth movement from side to side with the knees slightly bent. It's like a crab walk.
Because the muscles in the buttocks move against the band, it’s extremely effective for hip elevation. I'm currently working on my lower body, and this is how I recommend using it.
2. Shoulder to arm tightening
Stretch your arms parallel to the floor, keeping them flexed at the elbows, and wrap the band slightly below your wrists.
You can exercise your upper arms from around your shoulders by spreading your arms to expand your chest.
