     Ƥeculiar. He never found himself getting used to seeing new faces in such large clusters at random times. The amount of strangers showing up without a clue of their surroundings in almost a pattern of once a week muddled his mind. What were the scientists using that could harness that much energy? Perhaps it needed to recharge--hence the disappearing few and the rapidly appearing most. That had to be it.

      It wasn’t always normal to have a nearly 10-foot cyborg approach so slowly, but that would be insinuating this city was anything but unnatural.
