like honestly I think people are going "awauamn is so badass now!!" is because a lot of people think jason momoa is hot and all that. and it's not wrong to start liking aquaman because of the movies, but saying he wasn't cool before just annoys me :/
this exactly happened with ant man too, people at first hated/ignored the superhero or ignored the dimensions (haha pun intended) of their powers, and now paul rudd whoās a sweetheart (heās not exactly hot, heās a good fella) made himĀ ācoolā and all the hate chilled a bit.
aquaman has a lot of potential, you already see it in the comics, much before the movie, but the mainstream media managed to damage his profile as a superhero. like what happened with ant man, many more fans will come after the movie, and iām really thankful for mr momoa for having such a presence and an awesome royal characterization, just what this character needed to break the stereotypes the media has created. but calling himĀ āshittyā because you havenāt bothered opening a comic in your life only shows you youāre a lil bit narrow minded and you even havenāt looked up on the internet you just followed blindly false media tbh

I totally get you on the comic posts things.. so many comic blogs have started posting other stuff (especially star wars) and it's getting harder and harder to find comic blogs
