@arkawaiting "Well, well, well! You don’t look too sharp, old friend.” The voice is smooth and languid, taking it’s time letting the words flow out from behind chapped lips. His steps match, a soft click as heel meets concrete ground. Patrick hadn’t expected to reunite with Tim under such circumstances - he finds it almost cliche at this point that they continuously meet in darkness, and tonight is no different. The dim light of nearby streetlamps are the only illuminating features of the park, yet even this light can not seem to cast away the shadow clinging to his own form. His hands rest in his jean pockets as he approaches the other, not an ounce of hesitation in the way he walks straight towards him. It’s so unlike Michael, who always walks so jerkily towards folks, like an abused dog ready to scamper away the moment they raise their hand. It’s pathetic. “I would say you’ve seen better days. You certainly don’t look too hot.”
