[text] You know, for all the trouble they presented, I find myself missing the torment that sorry lot put me through. As annoying as it was... it was never uninteresting. We can talk about it over dinner after your lessons, if you’d like.

The priestess stepped silently towards the grave. Her delicate hand touched the pure white marble of the headstone, watching the stone slab seem to pulse with Light. "It's a bit tragic that our paths never crossed again, Arkaluu." The voice was pitched low and soft, a trick to keep her emotions at bay. The flame haired woman knelt before the stone, muttering a prayer for the lost under her breath. Halfway through, her words were caught in her throat as emotion washed over her. "I'll miss you..."
I swear I answered this for my blog but aaahh the tears ;__; Poor Nullaby.
Arkaluu is able to admit that his student is attractive, but it's merely an admission of fact. He has no desire for any sort of romantic or sexual relationship, obviously, and it appears it's mutual - after all, the teacher-student bond is one that is sacred and should always remain unsullied!
A small, simple basket has been set on the senior paladins desk. Inside is a small array of odd jams and even a rare and delectable looking jar of honey all nestled together in golden silk. A small note with impeccable hand writing is attached. "Gifts as a thank you for your patience in me. Be careful not to eat the honey too quickly. Emberward Adrianal Novastorm."
Arkaluu sat at his desk, groaning at the new obstacle sitting on top of his already growing mountains of paperwork. He pulled his glasses from the pocket on his shirt and slipped them on so as to actually see all the gifts as he picked them out of the basket one by one. Upon reading the signature on the note, his usually flat, monotone expression brightened into a small grin as he set the basket to the side to resume his work. Sure enough, his student would be assigned extra reading for entering his office without permission. The knight, however, knew full well that this was not a punishment - no, it was a gift in disguise for the eager bookworm. But his knowledge of that would remain a closely guarded secret - for now, at least.
I actually answered that earlier! Someone beat me to the punch on Faekaluu.Â
I suppose, however, I could do an IC one for Ark instead of an OOC one:
Not My Type | Alright | Cute | Adorable | Pretty | Gorgeous | LORD MERCY
Arkaluu's interactions with fellow heirs and heiresses has lead him with the belief that there's truly no hope in finding anyone that really stands out among his type. He's been seeking out those with unique personalities, most notably the types that tend to challenge his beliefs and actions constantly. It's an odd turn-on. Faetrix has done that in the time they've interacted together on Draenor. It doesn't help that he really, really does love tattoos and finds them to be a beautiful art form that compliments a woman like Faetrix. So yeah, sparkles got himself a 'lil crush thurr.Â

Arkaluu is not seeing anybody, no. He's not really interested in any romantic relationships given his history of being used or abused for his position of power or money. His last relationship ended when the woman he was close to just started flat out dating someone else without telling him, sending a letter - anything. His busy lifestyle had made the two of them that distant at the end.Â
He's currently very close with his friend / fellow bookworm Zepsi, but both really are too busy and reluctant to enter a romantic relationship. He's also fairly close with Faetrix, though that RP was time-shenanigan'd - but it should be canon in a few days when Arkaluu crosses into Draenor.Â
This will be for an AU Arkaluu in which he lost control of his distrust for the rest of the horde.Â
The chamber was dark, the only light entering it being a deep shade of crimson as the setting sun poured through tinted windows. Arkaluu sat at his desk, shuffling through papers with tied, aged eyes. Much had changed in the recent years for him - his once hidden signs of aging began to show, wrinkles scattered throughout a once pristine and smooth face.Â
The second civil war had been ongoing for months. A good portion of Eversong was lost as a broken people began to falter. Without warning, the doors to the chamber slammed open as a small group of three low-ranking blood knights poured in. "Lord Silverlocke," The recruit began. Bloodwrath had fallen long ago. He'd capitalized on the opportunity. "We've lost our ground. The horde rests at our gates and they show no signs of slowing."Arkaluu fell back in his seat, silent in thought for a good few moments. At last he spoke, his tone deep, emotionless.Â
"And what of our Alliance allies?" The recruits remained silent at that. They looked to each other with worried expressions, waiting for somebody to step up with an answer. It was all pointless, however - the looks of defeat plastered on their faces told all. "And yet we've been abandoned again. Abandoned by allies that used our power to slaughter thousands, abandoned by allies that offered us a chance away from these allegiances. The world has truly left the Sin'dorei to fall, hasn't it?" The paladin stood up and casually pushed his chair in. He moved for the door, pushing past his subordinates. "Sir? What of the prisoners? Surely if we don't transport them, they'll be lost... they're the only leverage we have left. We can open negotiations. We can salvage something out of this...!" The knight continued to move out the door. "Our cause is lost. See them executed. If the Sin'dorei fall this day, we will take any and all who opposed our people straight to the grave with us." As Arkaluu walked out of sight, staring at empty, once-bustling streets, he only managed one last thought before moving into the fray to meet his likely end. "And so the consequences of an ambition most reckless show. What a shame - I only ever sought what was best for our people."
