Mistborn/Cosmere meet-up yesterday! Location: A cat cafe in Shanghai. (So there’re lots of cute curl cats XD) We bought several dozen copies of the newly translated AoL directly from the publisher and invited the translator to do the signing and reading. We really had a good time! We also shared how we first discovered the Cosmere and it turned out that most people were former WoT readers and got somewhat disappointed by the series, much to our amusement.

After the event some of us went to another cafe and began to talk about Stormlight, jokingly analyzing the story structure and the main character cast… But it ended up with comparing the series with video games and anime and complaining how hypocritical Amaram is… (Sorry.)

BTW this poster is mine. I painted it all day long the day before yesterday and was glad it could make to the party.
