The irl aspects are because it’s affecting the real world alongside the game. The heart is symbolic for the person behind the screen (because in some cultures the heart represents the soul e.g Ancient Egyptian culture). Since you play Minecraft through the pov of the player head that’s like the bridge into the real world which is why the hand is reaching through the head to grab the heart and not the body. But obviously a bridge has two sides which means that the laptop is the other end, the human irl end, the only way the entity can actually reach the player is if the otherside of the bridge is unobstructed.
