It is similar to a suitcase crunch, but the lower back lifts off the ground at the top of each rep. It can be performed for time or reps in the ab-focused portion of any workout. Benefits: •Strengthens the abs and hip flexors •Increases core strength and stability •More difficult than standard crunches or reverse crunches •Requires no equipment Remember to keep breathing in and out and keep that core tight while performing these steps.
