NEW FRIENDS :) AREA 05 meet-up :)

Last night, after going to a College Fellowship, I went to a Fashion Show with a friend. He initially thought of inviting my sister first, unfortunately, my sister had a cosplay event that day. She cosplayed Amber of Sucker Punch. Moving on, the fashion show was held at Area 05 on Tomas Morato. The reason my friend wanted to go was because his male cousin was one of the models in the fashion show. And you know, I really felt a little out-of-place there, because I was only wearing a plain blue top, a jacket, skinny jeans, and sneakers. Well, you can't blame me to wearing clothes like that. After all, I went to a College Fellowship and we headed straight to the fashion show without even stopping by my house for a change of attire. And I would never go to a College Fellowship wearing an outfit that is meant for bars and clubs.

The fashion show was a pretty much average. It wasn't all that impressive and their choice of models weren't exactly model-material. Most of the girls were acceptable but the guys were too skinny. Yes, they had abs but they don't have a very nice body built, especially in the arms area. The girls had good body shape but some of them weren't attractive. They're not ugly, just average looking.

The designs of the clothes were simple as well. Although it is to be expected since the designers were just college students, and not professionals. What I really liked was the final dress they presented before the show ended. It's like a wedding gown but instead of color white, they had it in black. The image of it was kind of like a black wedding --- a funeral and a wedding combined. What's more, the model was holding a bouquet of flowers which made it look more realistic.

Aside from the fashion show, that night was the first time I had drank Tanduay Ice. It only has 5% alcohol so it's not a drink that will get you drunk very fast. The taste of it was like juice but with spirit. I really like it. What I disliked was the San Miguel Light. The taste was horrible, and I really hated the smell of it. Although, that is only my personal opinion. I actually know a lot of guys who likes drinking San Mig Light. 

Afterwards, my sister met up with us. We ate our very late dinner at Burger King. It's been so long since I last ate at Burger King. They have a promo this month till April, 2 chicken sandwich + regular fries and soft drink for only P175. It's already cheap considering how big the burger was. Just one burger was enough to fill my hungry stomach! And that's a surprise because I'm a big eater!
