THIS was the person the old hag left to help him get ready for the dark tournament alongside her? Really? This strange guy thatโs looking into the sky like heโs either lost or wanting to โphone homeโ? Talk about a joke, not that Yusuke doubts the other was inadequate as a fighter..itโs just the fact he has to gain strength quick to ensure none of his loved ones wind up dead should he fail to defeat Toguro. Finally, the other began to speak..and what comes out of his mouth left Yusuke even more perplexed than he was at first.
โOkay Yusuke, just trust the process. The hag hasnโt let you down yet so just..have faith she knows what sheโs doinโ The teen spoke in the back of his mind as he stood before the man. โI know sure what you meant by โthis worldโ but thatโs a given seeing that itโs only six frigginโ PM!!!โ The hell was this guy expecting? The sky hasnโt even began to darken just yet. โBut if ya wanna see stars-โ Yusukeโs sentence paused so he could throw off the jacket he wore to prepare himself for his training.
โIโll make ya see some stars during training.โ His tone might have seemed sarcastic but there was still no animosity or any trace of anger within it. Sparring was a favorite pastime of his, especially when punches and kicks were involved considering he just KNOWS Genkai has some more survival stuff for him to do later.
